You can browse PebbleRack and join our updates without allowing analytics. We do not sell the PebbleRack mailing list or use advertising pixels on this site.

When you join our updates
We collect your email address and record your permission, the consent wording version, request time and subscription status. We may also retain campaign source information supplied with your signup. We use this information to manage your subscription and send PebbleRack launch and product-development updates with your consent. Joining is not a purchase or reservation.
If we offer optional research questions, you can skip them. Any permission to contact you for beta research is separate from your permission to receive updates. Please do not send confidential or sensitive information in optional answers.
You can withdraw your email permission by contacting us, or by using the unsubscribe link in a marketing message when sending begins. We retain a limited suppression record to help prevent unwanted messages. Joining PebbleRack does not subscribe you to another business's mailing list.
Optional Google Analytics
Google Analytics helps us understand visits and selected interactions, such as opening the updates form, starting it and receiving a successful signup response. It loads only after you choose to allow analytics. If you reject it or make no choice, we do not load the Google tag or send Google analytics measurements, including cookieless measurements. Your email signup choice is independent.
On eligible public pages, analytics uses cookie identifiers, a simplified page address and the referring site's origin, plus basic visit and interaction information. Google receives connection information, including your IP address, when your browser contacts its service. We have disabled granular location and device collection, Google Signals, user-provided data collection, enhanced measurement and advertising features. We do not send your email, form answers, subscriber identifiers, subscription tokens or URL query parameters in our analytics events. Analytics is excluded from pages with query parameters and from subscription-management and other utility routes.
Read how Google uses information from sites using its services. Our legal basis for optional analytics is your consent. Use at any time to change your choice. Withdrawing stops future collection and clears this site's accessible Google Analytics cookies; the page may reload to stop a previously loaded tag. It cannot recall a request already sent or automatically erase past records. Contact us about deletion. We also keep analytics off when your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track.

We remember acceptance and rejection for the same period. Clearing your browser storage removes its saved choice. Google Analytics user-level and event-level retention is set to two months, without extending retention on new activity. Standard aggregated reports are not covered by that two-month setting.
Keeping the site working
Our hosting and form services process technical request information and limited security signals to operate the site, prevent abuse and troubleshoot failures. Where applicable, we rely on our legitimate interests in providing and protecting the service, balanced against your rights. These operational purposes are separate from optional analytics. Messages you send us are used to respond to your request.
Service providers and retention
Cloudflare hosts the site and stores PebbleRack signup consent in a dedicated database. We encrypt your email address and optional answers. We create or link your contact in the existing SeanMahoney.com Mautic system using a PebbleRack-only marker and audience; joining PebbleRack will not subscribe you to SeanMahoney.com messages. Microsoft 365 handles messages you send to our public contact inbox. We keep your subscription and choices until you unsubscribe or request removal, and retain a limited suppression record to prevent unwanted email. We do not sell the PebbleRack list. Automated update emails are not being sent yet; we will identify the sending service here and include an unsubscribe link before those messages begin.
Our Mautic installation runs on a DigitalOcean server. Google provides the optional analytics service. We use Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools to understand search visibility; their site ownership verification does not install visitor tracking. Access to subscriber information is limited to the operation of the service.
These providers may process information in the United States and other countries, whose protections may differ from those where you live. Applicable provider terms and transfer safeguards depend on the service and location. You can contact us for information about the safeguards that apply to your data. Allowing analytics is not a blanket authorization for unrelated uses or international transfers.
We keep subscription information for managing your updates and respecting your choices. Suppression, security and request-handling records may need to remain for their specific purposes after you unsubscribe. Retention depends on the purpose and applicable legal obligations; we do not promise that unsubscribing immediately erases every record or backup.
Your rights and contact
Depending on the law that applies, you may request access, correction, deletion or a portable copy of your information, restrict its use, object to processing based on legitimate interests, or withdraw consent. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. We may need proportionate information to verify a request and protect your data. Email privacy@pebblerack.com.
Where EU or UK data protection law applies, you may also complain to your relevant data protection supervisory authority, including the UK Information Commissioner's Office. You can contact us first, but you do not have to do so to exercise that right.
